ReSKU Terms of Use
Effective when published.
Purpose and access
ReSKU is private business software used to support Finally Home Furnishings and The Mad Manor. Use is limited to the business operators and people they authorize. These terms describe use of ReSKU; they do not change the separate terms governing purchases from either business.
Authorized accounts and actions
Only connect accounts and provide information you are authorized to use. Keep your sign-in information secure and report suspected unauthorized access. Do not use ReSKU to bypass another person's permissions, access unrelated accounts, send unlawful communications, or violate the terms of a connected service.
Review the account, business, recipients, and intended effect before approving an action. Authorizing a Google connection does not itself instruct ReSKU to publish products, change advertising, send messages, or perform another business transaction.
Reports and AI assistance
Reports depend on the connected provider, granted permissions, and the time information was retrieved. AI-generated content can be incomplete or incorrect. Authorized users remain responsible for reviewing proposed content and consequential business actions before using or approving them.
Connected services
Google and other connected services operate under their own terms and availability conditions. A connection can be interrupted by expired authorization, provider changes, or service outages. ReSKU is independently operated and is not endorsed by Google merely because it connects to Google services.
Privacy and ending access
Use of information is described in the ReSKU Privacy Policy. You can stop using ReSKU, request removal of your access, and revoke Google authorization through Google Account connections. See the privacy policy for requests involving previously stored information.
ReSKU administrators may restrict access to address unauthorized use, security problems, or the end of a user's business role. Changes to these terms will be published here and communicated to affected users where appropriate.
