đź•’ 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love what you order from The Mad Manor. If something’s not right, we offer returns on most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

âś… Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and unassembled

  • Must be in the original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

📦 How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at support@themadmanor.com Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the reason for return

  • A photo of the item(s) and condition

If your return is approved, we’ll provide:

  • The return shipping address

  • Instructions for packaging and return shipping

Note: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product. We do not charge a restocking fee.

 

đź›  Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 daysof delivery with photos. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

đź’ł Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method

Processing may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
