ReSKU Privacy Policy

About ReSKU and this policy
ReSKU is private business software used to support Finally Home Furnishings and The Mad Manor. In this policy, “we” and “us” refer to the business operators administering ReSKU. This policy covers information processed through ReSKU and its authorized integrations. It does not replace the separate policies governing purchases from either store or enrollment in the ReSKU SMS program.

Information ReSKU processes
Information depends on the connected account, permissions granted, and feature used. It can include business account identifiers, product and catalog records, customer communications and contact information, business reports, user instructions, and records of connection checks and requested actions.
For Google connections, this can include:
- Google account information: identifiers and email information needed to recognize an authorized account and associate it with the selected business.
- Google Analytics: property identifiers and reports about website activity, traffic sources, engagement, and ecommerce performance.
- Google Merchant Center: information about the selected Merchant account. The current connection check reads business information; it does not publish or edit product listings.
- Gmail: message headers, recipients, labels, message content, and attachment information needed for authorized email features, together with drafts and messages an operator prepares or sends.
Additional Google services, such as Search Console or Google Ads, require a separately enabled feature and appropriate authorization. Listing a service as available in ReSKU does not mean its data is being retrieved. Before introducing a materially different use of Google data, we will explain that use and obtain any necessary additional consent.
How information is used
We use information to provide the business features an authorized user selects, display reports, assist with catalog and communication tasks, maintain connections, investigate errors, and keep operational records. Access to a connected account is not permission to perform every action supported by that provider.
AI-assisted features
ReSKU includes AI-assisted features through Finn. When an authorized user requests an AI-assisted task involving connected information, relevant instructions and task information may be sent to the configured AI service provider, including OpenAI, to produce the requested response. Users should review the information they include and the resulting output.
Google user data must only be included in such processing for an authorized, disclosed ReSKU feature. This policy does not permit using Google user data to train or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Sharing and access
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use or transfer it for personalized advertising, data brokerage, or determining creditworthiness. Service providers may process information only as needed to supply an authorized ReSKU feature and subject to applicable data-use restrictions. A communication an operator chooses to send is delivered to the recipients selected for that communication.
Human access to Google user data is limited to access the user authorizes, necessary security investigations, legal requirements, or other uses permitted by Google's applicable policies. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to address security or abuse, subject to those policies.
ReSKU's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and protection
ReSKU processes and stores information in its operating environment, including application databases, report snapshots, and operational records. Relevant information may also be processed by a connected service or AI provider when that service is used. Google authorization credentials are stored separately from these public pages and are not published with them. We restrict access to authorized operators and use safeguards appropriate to the information being processed.
Retention, disconnection, and deletion
We retain information as needed for the requested business functions, operational records, security, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. There is no single automatic deletion period covering every ReSKU record.
You can revoke ReSKU's Google access at Google Account connections. Revocation stops future access under that authorization; it does not automatically erase information already stored in ReSKU or messages already delivered to recipients.
To request removal of stored information, contact finallyhomefurnishings@gmail.com and identify the account or information concerned. Do not send passwords or authorization tokens. We will verify your authority, review the request, and remove information that is no longer needed or required to be retained. If records must remain for legal or security reasons, we will explain the applicable limitation. Backup copies may remain until their normal replacement or deletion.
Changes and related policies
We will update this page when ReSKU's data practices change. Material changes involving Google data will be disclosed before the new use begins, with additional consent where required.
